1. What areas do you deliver to?
We currently offer delivery in Guadalajara. Some areas include free delivery; extended zones may require an additional fee.

2. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and selected digital payment platforms. Your transaction is processed securely.

3. Can I request a custom arrangement?
Absolutely. We specialize in personalized floral design. You can share your preferences for colors, flowers, or inspiration, and we’ll

craft something unique for you.

4. What are your delivery hours?
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. We do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

5. Can I send flowers as a gift?
Yes. You can include a personalized message and send your gift directly to the recipient. We ensure your flowers arrive with care and beauty.

6. How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance. For same-day delivery, please contact us directly to confirm availability.

7. Do you offer corporate or subscription services?
