1. Timeframe to report issues
• Fresh flowers, plants, and arrangements: The customer must report any issue (damaged, wilted, or incorrect product) within the first 12 hours after delivery.
• Non-perishable products (artificial flowers, vases, accessories): Up to 5 business days after delivery.
Outside these timeframes, we will not be able to accept returns or claims, as we cannot guarantee the product’s condition.

2. Conditions for accepting a return
A return or replacement will only be processed in the following cases:
• The product is damaged or wilted at the time of delivery.
• The product is different from what was ordered (color, variety, or design clearly different).
Requirements:
• Send clear photographs of the product and the order number within the indicated timeframe.
• Keep the product in its received condition until the replacement or return is confirmed.

3. Resolution method
• Replacement: This will always be the first option. A new arrangement will be sent as soon as possible, at no additional cost to the customer.
• Refund: This will only be processed if it is not possible to replace the product or offer an alternative. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 5 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

4. Exclusions
Returns or refunds will not apply in the following cases:
• The customer provides incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
• The recipient does not accept or is absent to receive the order.
• The product shows natural wear after delivery under normal use.
• Change of mind or personal preference after receiving the product.
