CANCELLATION POLICY
La Petite Fleur Floral Design

At La Petite Fleur Floral Design, we work hard to bring you products of
the highest quality, specially prepared for each occasion. Therefore, it is important to establish
clear guidelines for order cancellation.

Cancellation deadlines
• Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery date and time.
• On high demand dates (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas or other special seasons), cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance.

Custom or Special Orders
• Custom orders, large volume orders, or orders requiring specific flowers or materials requested especially for the customer cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and payment has been made, due to the perishable nature of the products and the advance purchase process for supplies.

Orders in Process or Delivered
• If the order has already been processed or is in transit, it will not be possible to cancel it or request a refund.

How to Request a Cancellation


• The request must be sent in writing via WhatsApp or email to our official channels, indicating the order number and customer details:

• Once we receive the request, we will confirm in writing whether the cancellation is valid and the amount of the refund (if applicable).

Cancellation Refunds
• Cancellations that meet the established deadlines will receive a 100% refund of the order value.
• Cancellations made outside the established deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
