Shipping Policy
• Preferred Orders: Must be placed at least 24 hours in advance and will be delivered the next day between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Same-Day Orders: Orders received before 10:00 a.m. will be delivered on the same day between 12:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
• Sunday Deliveries: Available with at least 24 hours’ notice. Deliveries will be made between 12:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
• Urgent Deliveries: Available with one or two hours’ notice, depending on availability.
• Delivery Areas: We offer free delivery within the metropolitan area of Guadalajara.
• External Factors: Delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will always do our best to meet the scheduled times and appreciate your understanding.
• High-Demand Dates: During peak dates (such as Mother’s Day, February 14th, Christmas, or New Year), we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, but we ensure delivery will be made during the day, by 7:00 p.m.

Cancellation Policy
1. Custom Orders: Cancellations are not accepted for custom, special, or pre-reserved products.
2. General Orders: May be cancelled without penalty within the first 24 hours. After this period, a 50% fee will apply due to preparation costs.
3. Changes: Any modification must be requested at least 48 hours before delivery and will be subject to availability.
4. Refunds: Full refunds will only be granted if delivery cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances attributable to La Petite Fleur.
5. Exceptions: We evaluate each special case with care to offer the fairest solution possible.
